Deborah Brabham Ph.D., RN, CNE is the President and CEO of DeRBee Nursing Education Mentoring and Partnership Network. Deborah started her nursing career as a Licensed Practical Nurse and later received an Associate Degree in Nursing from Florida Community College at Jacksonville. Committed to life-long learning, she obtained her Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Phoenix, a Master’s Degree in Nursing Education from Jacksonville University, and Ph.D in Nursing at Nova Southeastern University. Her area of expertise is in Nursing education. Deborah is a Certified Nurse Educator and believes that every student/learner has a unique ability to learn. “First, one must have a goal in mind, a plan to attatin their goals and a willingness to succeed”.

William (Bill) Ganza, Ed.D. is the Faculty Development Manager at the University of St. Augustine Health Sciences. He holds an EdD in Educational Leadership, a MS in Sociology, and a BS in Psychology. His areas of specialization are online teaching and learning, faculty development, research methodology (Quantitative and Qualitative), and early childhood education. Dr. Ganza has taught at the collegiate level at all levels: 2-year, 4-year, and at the graduate level. He has taught classes in sociology, psychology, human services, early childhood education, educational leadership, statistics, college success and others. His passion is teaching. Previously, Dr. Ganza was a full-time faculty member, director of an early learning center, and the chief learning officer at a private training and consulting company.

Chelsea Matthews B.S., M.A. is a proud native of Jacksonville and attended high school at Stanton College Preparatory School. Chelsea earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations at Florida A&M University. After graduating from FAMU’s School of Journalism and Graphic Communications Cum Laude, Chelsea joined Teach for America. Chelsea later graduated from Columbia University’s Teachers College in New York, NY where she earned her Master of Arts in Educational Leadership with a 4.0 GPA. Chelsea’s philosophy towards education is, “all can learn” despite obstacles and life challenges.
